Launching between October 2023 and January 8th 2024, the new schemes have been introduced to attract and retain more staff as the airline continues to grow across Europe.
The new roster pattern will include fixed and flexible options for those wanting a more diverse working pattern. These include:
- 5 days on, 4 days off*
- 14 days on, 7 days off available for commuting pilots*
- Part-time roles*
But that’s not all! We also want to express our commitment to your growth and satisfaction by offering attractive retention (of amount up to € 25,000 for FO/SFO and € 40,000 for CP after three years) and sign-on bonuses* (up to € 5, 000 for FO/SFO and € 10,000 available in selected bases, T&Cs apply).
